Mints are a great introduction to herbal teas, and they can be mixed with many other herbs to make them more enjoyable. If you like you can add in a squeeze of local honey, delicious!

Use 1-2 tsp per cup of hot (not boiling) water. Steep for 5-10 minutes, covered. Add a little honey if you desire. Enjoy hot or cold!
