Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

UK Shipping: We ship across the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery: £3.45

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50.00. (Please note weight must be less than 10kg)

Local Collection & Delivery– Free for Forres and surrounding area. Available on orders over £15.

We also offer free click & collect from our address in Forres, IV36 3BN. Please select Collection Point - Forres at checkout. Available on orders over £15.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days at morayherbalhaven@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable.
