Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Split Shipments

Some orders may contain products fulfilled by one of our trusted supplier partners. In these cases, items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. You will receive individual tracking notifications for each parcel.

Our supplier partners are: Composty, Earth Wardrobe, EcoVibe, Fable and Bear, Guardian Angel Naturals, Love Herbs on the Hill, Made by Coopers, Perfume Shop, Puppy Pantry, Turtledove London, Wild and Stone, and Zerolla.

Please note that free delivery over £50 applies to products fulfilled directly by Moray Herbal Haven only.

UK Shipping: We ship across the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.45

XL Package Delivery: Items over 10kg will have a surcharge of £15 to deliver using Royal Mail/Parcelforce. 

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50.00. (Please note weight must be less than 10kg)

Local Collection & Delivery– Free for Forres and surrounding area. Available on orders over £15.

We also offer free click & collect from our address in Forres, IV36 3BN. Please contact us to arrange.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days at morayherbalhaven@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable.
