Preparation instructions. Add one or two tablespoons (15ml to 30ml) of extract to a mug, add hot purified water or preferably organic green tea. One can take cold undiluted extract if time is a factor. Rinse around the mouth to achieve sublingual absorption and mix with saliva which is a digestive enzyme and will ensure complete assimilation then swallow. 

The Olive leaf was first used in Ancient Egypt where it was thought to be by the Egyptians a symbol of "heavenly power" & has been used ever since. Olive leaves were also mentioned multiple times in the bible where it is referred to as "The Tree of Life". Olive leaf extract has been used in the human diet as an extract, an herbal tea & a powder for millennia. Olive leaf extract comes from the dark green leaves of the Olive tree (Olea europaea) & contains the active compounds Oleuropein, hydroxytyrosol, luteolin, apigenin, rutin, catechin, caffeic & elenolic acid.
