Preparation instructions.  Shake well before use. Add one or two tablespoons (15ml to 30ml) of extract to a mug, add hot purified water or preferably organic green tea. One can take cold undiluted extract if time is a factor. Rinse around the mouth to achieve sublingual absorption and mix with saliva which is a digestive enzyme and will ensure complete assimilation then swallow. 

Mullein is a tall yellow-flowering plant native to Europe and Asia. It has an extensive history as an herbal remedy in the form of tea or ointment.
