Directions: Use 1-2 handfuls in the bath or in a warm foot soak. Mix the flakes around until fully dissolved. The flakes are easily dissolved in warm water. Can be used with distilled water to make a transdermal Magnesium Oil. Use as directed by our qualified Naturopath or your own healthcare professional.
