Inverness Roasting Company's decaf coffee is known for its full-bodied flavour, low acidity and distinctive taste profile. It's a well balanced coffee that has been a real hit with Team Bean. In a blind taste test we were surprised to find out it was decaf.

The coffee decaffeination process uses pressurized carbon dioxide (CO2) to extract caffeine from green coffee beans while preserving the bean's flavour and aroma. This method is considered environmentally friendly and natural because it uses a non-toxic solvent and avoids chemical additives.
