This decaf is a blend of Sumatra and Guatemala, both coffees are grown at similar altitudes in their respective origins, have an SCA score of 81 and are both processed using the Swiss Water® Process.

Swiss water decaf coffee is designed as an alternative to using Methylene Chloride as a decaffeination solvent. They are fully committed to quality coffee and are committed to never using chemicals to remove caffeine. Proudly keeping Methylene Chloride and Ethyl Acetate out of the facility and away from your coffee.
